Thank you for being part of our special day

Although we always tell people that we didn't meet in our ideal way, it lead us to each other and we wouldn't have it any other way! It was 2020, the year of covid, and I had received a Facebook friend request from "Daniel Simpson" while locked up at home. Although I had no clue who this guy was, (and his middle school profile picture didn't help!) I noticed he had some mutual friends and found out he was best friends with my 2nd grade teacher's son. After feeling a bit better about Daniel not being as much a random "cat-fisher", I accepted the request. Over the next month we began talking and finally went on a hike together for our first time meeting and first date. After the hike, we spent hours talking to each other on a park bench that evening. We clicked and the rest is history!
