Is your wedding outdoors? What is the weather like in Michigan at this time of year?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors but will be covered for the reception only. Michigan weather is quite unpredictable so bring plenty of layers. Being near a body of water, the August heat will drop quickly.

Are we allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We politely ask you to keep the photos to a minimum. We hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special day! After the ceremony you are welcome to take all the pictures you want, please share them with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guest who are formally invited. If you have a plus one invited, you will see specifically on the RSVP portion of the website.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us plan, please RSVP to our small ceremony as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 27th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.
