What time do the festivities start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We kindly ask you to arrive 15-20 minutes early to mingle with other guests before the "I do's!"

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The dress code will be black tie preferred. Guest are encouraged to wear evening gowns and tux's or suits. Ladies, be cautious of shoe choices as all events will take place on grass. Block heels are recommended.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration! We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

In June, a typical day in Bluffton sees an average high temperature of 87°F and a low of 75°F. Many would characterize it as pleasantly warm, accompanied by a gentle breeze.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Every event is scheduled to be held outdoors behind the Belfair Clubhouse. The ceremony will unfold on the grass tennis court, followed by a cocktail hour in the formal gardens. The reception will be hosted under a tent.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that our guests silence/turn off their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographers & videographers will take care of the coverage. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!

Can I bring a date?

We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation with reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening celebrating with our closest friends and family!
