Located right in the heart of downtown, the DoubleTree is only 0.2 miles away - a five minute walk from the venue! Parking is in the attached structure. Double Tree doesn't own the structure so there is an additional $14 fee per day which is charged to the guest’s rooms and your room key gives you in & out privileges. When booking, be sure to choose Special Rates after selecting the dates and enter RCW in the Group Code for a discounted rate. Or you can call the hotel and give them the code as well. The cut-off for Guests booking will be July 22, 2025
