For all of our out-of-towners; we are working on finding a hotel to reserve a block of rooms at in the area. But if you are wanting to book before we line something up feel free too, there are a lot of reasonable places in and around the area. The airports here are Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and Hobby Airport (HOU). Both airports have rental car agencies available.
