For those staying at the villa, rooms will be available for check-in at 4 pm. To speed up the check -in process, you can email a copy of your passport to events@monaciano.com (please let them know you'll be staying at the villa June 13-16 as part of the Bjorklund Hudson wedding)

Guests are free to explore the Villa and Siena! Please see the activities tab for some suggested options. Just make sure you're back and ready in time for the ceremony :)
Pre-Ceremony Prosecco
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
We will be providing a pre-ceremony cocktail at the Villa Monaciano to bribe you to be on time for the ceremony :) Prosecco will be served to the side garden of the villa. To the left of the main villa.
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Please join us in the amphitheater for the wedding ceremony. Meet in the side garden by the Pre-Ceremony Prosecco to be guided to the location. Note - the ceremony location is down a slight hill. Please keep in mind when picking your heels. .
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Apertivo hour on the terrace. Drinks and charcuterie will be provided.
Wedding Reception - Dinner & Dancing
7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Formal Attire: Floor-length gowns for the ladies. Suit and tie for the gentlemen. Please note - Stilettos heels are prohibited at the venue due to the gravel and antique flooring)
