Due to capacity limitations and unknown weather conditions there is a limit of 150 total guests. If you are with the Police Department, please try to pair or group with guests you are friends with. If you are unsure who else is invited please ask and I can tell you. Sadly we cannot invite everyone, but wish we could! There will be a limited amount of plus ones. Please reach out if you’re definitely attending and wanting to bring your spouse or date. If your invite says, “Mr. & Mrs.” or, “Family…” we ask that you and your spouse or adult children are the only in attendance from your group. Please let us know if all or some of your group will be attending so we have an accurate number to provide our caterer. If you have any questions please call/text Brooke 970.219.4187.
Yes! There will be an OPEN bar. Beer, wine, mixed drinks, and a specialty drink picked from each the bride and groom will be available to you. We will be tipping the servers at the end of the night, but a tip jar will be on the bar if you decide to kindly tip them as well. To be served, YOU MUST have your ID to prove you are of age. The bartenders will NOT serve you if you cannot provide an ID, no matter what age you are or look like. That is the venue’s rules, we ask that you respectfully follow them. The venue also does not allow ANY outside alcohol on premises. We can be fined a large amount if guests are pregaming on property or bringing outside alcohol. There are sadly NO shots allowed at the venue.
We respectfully ask that you do not bring your children.
This is an indoor/outdoor modern barn venue on an 80 acre ranch. The reception will mostly be indoors. The DJ will be indoors. Dinner, drinks and munchies will be indoors. Depending on weather the ceremony may be on the deck over looking the fields and mountains. Bring warm clothes to cover up with. If it is a pretty winter snow we would like to have the ceremony outdoors. There will be a fire pit outside and a smoking area. The deck will be open all night.
