When do I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by February 1. Unfortunately if we do not get an RSVP back by then, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We would love for you to arrive to Pinecrest 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, which starts at 4:00 pm. This should allow for enough time to find parking and take your seat.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place at the lovely Pinecrest Wedding and Event Center. The address is 106 Pinecrest Way, Palmer Lake, CO 80133.

Is it outdoor or indoor?

Answer

We are planning to have the ceremony take place outdoors, with the reception following inside a beautiful indoor hall.

Where should I sit?

Answer

For the ceremony, the first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated tables for the reception and will have a seating chart up to direct you to your seat.
