Our ceremony and reception will both take place on August 22nd 2026 at The Vineyard at St. Charles in St. Charles, Iowa.
To allow all of our guests to fully enjoy the celebration, our wedding day will be ADULTS ONLY. Thank you so much for understanding.
Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are named on the invitation. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for seating.
Yes. We are pleased to offer shuttle service for our guests. A 40‑passenger shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:00 PM prior to the ceremony and will run throughout the evening, with the final return to the hotel at 11:30 PM.
Shuttle service to the venue is limited to the available seating on the 40‑passenger shuttle. Once the shuttle has reached capacity for departure to the ceremony, additional transportation will not be available. Guests may choose to drive separately, and vehicles may be left at the venue overnight, but must be removed by 10 am the next day.
Shuttle service will be available throughout the evening, with continuous return trips to the hotel. The final departure from the venue will be at 11:00 PM.
Formal attire is requested. While this is not a black‑tie event, we kindly ask guests to dress in polished, evening‑appropriate attire for the celebration.
Our menu has been thoughtfully selected in advance, and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate special dietary requests. Thank you for your understanding.
For the safety of all guests and in accordance with venue policies, outside alcohol is not permitted. We are pleased to provide alcoholic beverages during the reception.
