On St. Patrick's Day 2012, as students of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, Brooke walked into Bistro on Main for a blind date with Aaron. They were both immediately smitted and fate was sealed as they hit is off with sarcastic banter and great food. Within months, they knew they wanted to get married. It was never a question of if but when. From going through a long distance relationship, to sharing a studio apartment (with two cats), to living on the beautiful 350-acre farm they now call home (with two cats, 15 horses and a dog). Brooke and Aaron always knew there were meant to be together. **Fun Facts (and weird date coincidences!) Brooke's paternal grandparents also met on a blind date on St. Patricks Day! Both Brooke and Aaron's parents met each other in an elevator Aaron's paternal grandparents share the same wedding aniversary with Brooke's parents Brooke and Sally (Aaron's mom) share the same birthday
