What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, or shorter cocktail dress. Men can wear a tuxedo or suit.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00pm. Please be seated by 2:45pm.

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be free street parking located around the church - this does not require payment or a permit. We have also arranged complimentary valet services in front of the Engineers Club that will begin at 2:00pm. Additionally, we have arranged a shuttle to transport guests from Homewood Suites to St. Ignatius Church at 2:15 pm. You do not need to be a hotel guest to use this shuttle. The shuttle will be available after the ceremony to transport to the Engineers Club. After the reception ends, two shuttles will be available to our after party or back to the hotel.

Will all the events be indoors?

Answer

All of the events (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) will be held indoors. You may choose to walk from St. Ignatius to the Engineers Club but we will also provide a shuttle if preferred.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless specified by name or by 'guest' on your wedding invitation, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus ones.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We adore your children, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them unless specified on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
