Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

We'll be hosting a welcome party the night before our wedding for anyone in town that would like to celebrate with us! Beer and wine will be provided and if you prefer anything else to drink - BYOB is allowed!

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Wedding Day Timeline 4:00 pm - Please be on the dock ready to board the boat 4:00 -5:00 pm - Cocktail hour with the Bride & Groom 5:15 pm - Ceremony on the top outdoor deck (weather permitting) 6:30 pm - Dinner on the lower deck 8:00 pm - First dances, then bust a move on the dance floor! 10:30 - 11:00 pm - Guests will debark the boat PARKING: There is a free guest parking lot just past the docks (south) that you can navigate to by searching 'Stillwater River Boats guest parking' on Google Maps. If that lot is full, there is a paid parking lot on the Northside of the docks as well. Ubers or walking from your hotel is encouraged!
