We’re so excited to celebrate with you in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida! Whether you’re traveling from near or far, we hope this guide makes planning your trip easy and enjoyable. Getting Here The closest major airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), located about 1 hour from our venue. You may also consider: Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), approximately 1 hour from St. Augustine Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours away Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are easily available in the area; however, we recommend renting a car for the weekend, as it will likely be the easiest and most reliable way to get around and explore everything St. Augustine has to offer.

Where to Stay
Our wedding will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort, and we highly recommend staying on-site for convenience and easy access to all the festivities. For guests who prefer other options, there are also a variety of nearby hotels and Airbnb rentals in the St. Augustine Beach and historic downtown areas to fit different budgets and preferences.

Room Block: We have a room block reserved at Embassy Suites by Hilton St Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort for anytime between November 19, 2026 through November 22, 2026. Booking your room is simple. Just follow the link below. Please note the majority rooms are suites and can accommodate 4-6 people. Parking Information
Parking Information Please note that the hotel offers valet parking only for guests parking on-site. Valet is available at $42 per night for overnight guests or $15 for event parking. In addition, the St. Johns County Ocean & Fishing Pier parking lot is located right next to the hotel and offers free parking. Overnight parking is not permitted and spaces may be limited, so we recommend arriving early if you plan to use this option.
