Where do I book my room?

Answer

Please reference our Travel tab to find the Cacapon Resort booking information. Check-in is available at 4PM. Check-out is 11AM. Please plan accordingly for festivities.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unless specified on your invitation, we respectfully ask you to make arrangements for your children. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Semi-formal dress code. Ladies can wear floor-length or mid-length dresses, or jumpsuits/pantsuits. Men can wear long or short-sleeved dress shirts and pants. Suit jacket/blazer preferred. Ties optional. No shorts, jeans, or white attire, please.

Will the wedding ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors - please plan accordingly. Cocktail hour and Reception will take place indoors at the resort.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Meaning, once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We hired professionals to capture the best moments, so please be fully present with us.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Please follow the parking signs to our venue parking lot.
