Brooke's favorite KC museum! The building is gorgeous and the art is even more so- plus, it's free! The yard is also the perfect place for a picnic or just to soak up the sun.
The Ewing and Muriel Kauffman Memorial Garden
A gorgeous botanical garden with statues, flowers, and the occasional butterfly! You'll also find benches and trellises to hide in the shade and enjoy the scenery.
The Mercury Room Bar
Come visit where Brooke works and spends wayyy too much time at! If you're looking for something swanky and classic with a gorgeous city view, Brooke can't recommend it enough! You will likely need a reservation, which you can make on the website link provided. Find also the Jade Jaguar, a Mexico City inspired bar on the first floor with great vibes and amazing drinks. No need for a reservation here, although you can make one. Say you're in KC for Brooke if you pop by to either!

It wouldn't be KC without BBQ. Visit any Jack Stack location for some delicious ribs or burnt ends!
Crown Center
A shopping mall, aquarium, food court, and Lego Land all in one! Nearby, you'll find our beautiful train station Union Station as well as the National WWI Museum and Memorial.
