Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from The Crescent Hotel for all wedding events, including the ceremony and reception. We will also shuttle guests from the wedding ceremony to the reception, and from the reception to The Crescent Hotel. For guests wishing to drive, self-parking is available at Christ the King Church, and valet parking is available at The Crescent Hotel and Arlington Hall.
The complimentary shuttles will be picking guests up at The Crescent Hotel main lobby front entrance at 6:30pm sharp. Shuttles will remain onsite for immediate transportation to the reception at Arlington Hall. Finally, shuttles will take guests from the reception to The Crescent Hotel throughout the evening.
We ask that you do NOT leave your vehicle at Christ the King Church overnight. Overnight parking is available at The Crescent Hotel.
Valet parking — including overnight parking — is available at The Crescent Hotel. Overnight parking is available at the special rate of $30 per night.
We want our guests to immediately be able to have dinner after the ceremony & dinner stations will be open upon arrival - we expect that it will be around 8:30pm-8:45pm depending on if you’re driving or taking the wedding shuttle! Check back before the wedding for more updates!
Formal attire, with black tie optional.
Southwest Airlines flights into Dallas Love Field (DAL) are preferable -- 15 minutes from the hotel and all events. Alternatively, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is 30-40 minutes away and offers a wider range of flight options.
