Will the wedding be indoors or outside?

The ceremony will be indoors. The reception will be outside.

Cocktail attire, but please dress comfortably for what we are hoping to be mild weather :)

What is there to do in the area?

Answer

Outdoor activities: Some of the things we enjoy in the area include spending time at the beach, fishing in the Indian River Lagoon, hiking/nature walks (recommend the AllTrails app to find hikes nearby that you might enjoy). We also recommend taking a ride on the Tiki Taxi in Historic Downtown Stuart ($10 boat ride with drinks to purchase)! Restaurants and shopping: Jensen Beach has a small downtown with restaurants, shopping, and galleries, including the Maple Street Art Cottages, which are brightly-colored tin-roofed cottages that have been converted into art galleries where you can watch artists as they work and buy their pieces. We also recommend exploring Historic Downtown Stuart, which has great food, coffee shops, and boutiques. Some specific places we recommend include Coffee Bar Blue Door, Kilwins Ice Cream, Stuart Boathouse Restaurant, and a walk along the Stuart Riverwalk. Educational: The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center are located right near the venue. If you're up for ~45 min drive south to Juno Beach, then visit the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, a sea turtle research, rehabilitation, education and conservation center, where you can see recovering sea turtles and some sea life!
