We had grown up knowing about each other and were friends with some of the same people. We even did our driving school together. When we both worked at LaRosa's Pizzeria in Hamilton, it helped our friendship grow. Laughing over bad jokes, catching paper on fire, giving out the wrong orders, and drawing on each other's hands every shift was the most fun. After a year of this, my family moved away leading us to miss seeing each. We texted every day and Nick eventually asked me out on a date. We have been together since then.
