When do we need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by phone, mail or by our website no later than July 31st, 2024. Earlier is always appreciated! If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend. (Brook 814-795-1667)

Are kids allowed?
Answer
We love kiddos as we have one of our own! However, this will be an "Adult Only Reception" with the exception of our bridal party, nieces/nephews and babies under the age of 2. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have limited space with our venue. We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are kindly requesting formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim & avoid shades of white.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, all weather depending. The reception will be inside no matter the weather. If the weather does not cooperate, we do have a back up plan for the ceremony to be inside as well, please dress accordingly!

What do I do if I can't make it?
Answer
We will miss you! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Get ready to PARTY! We will have a variety of alcoholic beverages for all guests over the age of 21. Please make sure anyone drinking has a way to get home safely and please don’t forget to tip the bartenders! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Where is the venue located?
Answer
Our venue is located at "The Oaks Event Hall" on the West side of Conneaut Lake on route PA-618. The venue is in the hall behind their Pizzeria/Tap House/Cocktail Bar which is called "The Lounge".
