We have a limited number of hotel rooms blocked off at the Fairfield Inn, the Bavarian Inn Lodge, and the Frankenmuth Motel (please see the “Travel” section for more details). There are a lot of other great hotels in Frankenmuth that are close to our venue, but we’d recommend booking a room sooner than later since the summer is a very busy season for the town. Some lodging recommendations include: -Drury Inn & Suites (260 S Main St.) -Marv Herzog Hotel (501 S Main. St) -SpringHill Suites (530 S Main St.)
Cocktail attire is requested. Feel free to follow the blue theme or wear whatever color/pattern that speaks to you. The color white has been claimed though, hehe!
Doors will open at 2:30. Arrived too early and have some time to spare? Head into the brewery attached to our venue to grab a drink while you wait!
There is limited parking in the Frankenmuth Brewery parking lot, but there is additional parking behind the Fairfield Inn and the library. If you plan to stay at the Fairfield Inn, it is located directly across the street from the venue, so walking is an option if you are able and willing.
Oh yeah! Please plan rides accordingly to ensure that you get back to your hotel safely.
The Fairfield Inn is directly across the street from the venue, so if you want to take transportation out of the question, book a room there from our hotel block. Those staying at the Bavarian Inn can take advantage of the free shuttle service that runs between the Bavarian Inn Lodge, the Bavarian Inn Restaurant, and the Frankenmuth River Place Shops. We recommend getting off at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant and walking to the venue from there (0.3 miles). The shuttle departs from the main entrance of the hotel every 10-15 minutes and will operate from 12pm-9pm. The Frankenmuth Motel is 1.2 miles from the venue and does not offer a shuttle service. Please plan your ride to and from the wedding accordingly.
