When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Once you receive your invitation, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to help with planning. The deadline is July 15th, 2026.

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. Tuxedos, Suit & Tie, Evening Gowns or Cocktail dresses are appropriate. All wedding events will be held indoors. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from wearing white. Feel free to check out our "wedding attire mood board" for inspiration! https://shorturl.at/yStGX

What about parking?

Answer

There are multiple parking garages located in Salem: Museum Place Parking Garage, on New Liberty St. MBTA Salem Station Parking Garage, 252 Bridge St. South Harbor Garage, 10 Congress St. There is also metered street parking in the area. More info regarding parking and transportation options are located on the museum website: https://www.pem.org/visit

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Salem Waterfront Hotel (important details on the Travel page). There are multiple other hotels in Salem within walking distance of the venue, listed below. The Hampton Inn Salem The Hotel Salem Hawthorne Hotel We highly recommend reserving a hotel room early as August is considered a peak month for visitors to Salem!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, it will be on your RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children, this is an adult-only event. Our wedding will have no children in attendance.

How do I communicate my food allergy/dietary restrictions?

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We're thrilled that you're coming to celebrate with us—and your presence is present enough! We will not have a traditional registry for our wedding, just a honeymoon fund.

Can we take photos and post on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the Wedding Ceremony. Please feel free to take photos and post online during the rest of the evening!
