How long does it take to get from Portland to Loloma Lodge? From Bend? From Eugene?

Answer

The Lodge is approximately 2-1/2 to 3 hours from Portland. 1 hour from Eugene and 1.5 hours from Bend via Highway 126.

If I'm Staying at Loloma Lodge, How Do I Pay?

Answer

You pay Sara and Justin before the wedding. We will connect with everyone separately to suss out lodging.

I Plan on Staying Off Site, Where Should I Stay?

Answer

There are a lot of great places within a few minutes drive from Loloma Lodge, these are detailed on the, "Travel & Accommodations" Page. Please let us know your plans!

Can I Bring My Dog?

Answer

As much as we wish all of our dog friends could attend the wedding, we ask that you leave your four legged kid at home.

What is the Smoking Policy?

Answer

From Loloma: Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel and in “non-smoking” rooms, including rooms with a balcony (a $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room.) Smoking is allowed in designated “smoking” areas of the property with proper removal of butts.

What is stocked in the cabins and what should we bring for the stay?

Answer

The kitchens are fully stocked with plates, utensils, and any cookware that you can think of. They also have essential spices and everything you need to clean up after your meals. The bedrooms and living spaces have a plethora of bedding. There are even have toiletries in each bathroom in case you forget yours! Please bring any snacks or drinks for the weekend. We've got you covered for the Happy Hour / Ceremony / Reception Dinner, but other than that we are treating this as a communal event.

Will there be Barbecues to Use?

Answer

Yes. There are several gas grills for you to use, propane included. You are also welcome to cook over the campfires!

Is there Cell Service at the Lodge?

Answer

Your cell phone access will depend on your service provider. Word in the 'hood is that Verizon seems to be best up and down Hwy 126. We have found that some guests have adequate service while others do not.

Is there WiFi on site?

Answer

You betcha! Free and easy to use.

Can I Watch TV During My Stay?

Answer

NO! Go outside, there's nature around you and a wedding to attend.

I Want to Camp / RV, How Does That Work?

Answer

There are a few RV spots on site (no hookups) and a plethora of available camping spots. These are $35/night and are based on the "honor" system. There is a pay box at the Loloma office for you to submit payment.

What is the quality of drinking water at the Lodge?

Answer

Loloma Lodge is famous for its spring water. Many people come with empty jugs to take it home with them. Please note that massive amounts of water bottles create an environmental hazard.

When do I need to RSVP by again?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP by June 1st so we can get back to our catering company!

Can I talk about politics and how to make America Great Again?

Answer

Nah - let's leave the politics outside of Loloma Lodge, please. We respect everyone's opinions and we know there are a lot of HOT juicy discussion topics happening in the world right now, but we ask to leave any political discussions for another weekend.
