Yes, we have made arrangements to ensure that the venue is accessible for all guests. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific accessibility requirements.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We recommend wearing comfortable and weather-appropriate attire. Opt for breathable fabrics and consider bringing layers as the temperature may vary throughout the day. Flat or sturdy shoes are also advisable for navigating the natural terrain. *Don't wear white

Will there be restroom facilities available at the wedding venues?

Answer

Yes, we will provide restroom facilities at the venue to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome! We encourage families to join us in celebrating our special day. However, please ensure they are supervised at all times, considering the natural surroundings.

What happens if it rains on the day of the wedding?

Answer

In the event of rain, we have prepared covered areas and alternative arrangements to ensure the celebration can continue. We recommend bringing appropriate rain gear and umbrellas just in case.

Will there be bug repellents available?

Answer

While we will provide some bug repellents, we recommend guests bring their own preferred products to ensure personal comfort. (It's too cold for mosquitos to thrive here)

Are there any restrictions or guidelines for photography during the wedding?

Answer

We want you to capture the special moments of our wedding day! Single-Use cameras will be available at all venues and we kindly request that photographers keep flashes turned off during the ceremony.

Can we bring our pets to the wedding?

Answer

We love animals, but due to the natural setting and considerations for all our guests, we kindly request that pets be left at home. However, service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Are there any accommodations available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we have partnered with local accommodations to provide a range of options for our guests. You can find a list of recommended places to stay in the area, including hotels, cabins, and campsites on our "Travel" section of the site.

Will there be designated parking areas at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we will provide designated parking areas near all the venues. Please follow the signs.

Can we bring our own alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

Yes and No. You can bring your own alcohol to the Bridal Shower Brunch and Rehearsal "Cook-Out". Unfortunately, due to licensing and liability considerations, outside alcohol is not permitted at the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception Dinner. We will have a fully stocked bar offering a variety of beverages for you to enjoy.

Are there nearby attractions or activities for guests to explore during their stay?

Answer

Absolutely! The woodland wedding venues are surrounded by natural beauty and attractions. We got engaged on the Jim Meyer River Walk. You can find a list of local activities and places of interest that guests can explore during their visit on our Travel page.
