All festivities will be outdoors and held at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.

Is a negative covid test required to visit Mexico?

Answer

No, there is no requirement to take a test before entering Mexico.

Is a negative covid test required to return to the US?

Answer

Yes. You must have a negative covid test, regardless of vaccination status, 24 hours before your flight leaves. The resort offers covid tests at the resort, and they can be scheduled via your personal butler.

What happens if I test postive for covid during my stay?

Do I need to take a covid test if I've had covid within the last 90 days?

Answer

No. If you have had covid in the last 90 days prior to your trip, you can provide proof of the positive test instead of taking a covid test at the resort.

Is there a dress code for resort restaurants?

Yes. Please refer to the Resort Bars & Restaurants tab to see which have a dress code. The dress code for men is closed toe shoes, no tank tops or flip flops.

For the wedding day, semi-formal beach attire.

Does the hotel staff accept tips?

Answer

Yes they do, we recommend bringing single dollar bills if you would like to tip the staff. There is an ATM in the lobby area.

When is the deposit for my stay due? When is full payment due?

Answer

At the time of booking you will need to pay a $50 deposit per person. A full payment is due by December 7, 2021.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

When you book with our travel agent, your package will include transportation from Cancun International Airport to Majestic Elegance and back to the airport at the end of your trip.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day
