What does "formal attire" mean?

Men: Dress shirt, pants, shoes, and tie. *No Jeans or Shorts Allowed* Women: formal dresses

Will there be transportation provided to and from ceremony/reception?

Answer

No need! The hotel, ceremony, and reception sites are all at one location.

Question

Will your wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! We chose a venue where we can enjoy being outdoors and indoors. Our ceremony and cocktail hour are tentatively outdoors while reception will be indoors weather permitting.

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes. Please see the "Things to Do" tab for suggestions on what to do in the meantime.

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we are having an unplugged ceremony and ask you turn off/silence your phone during this time.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Eaglewood has a large parking lot with free parking.

Is this an open bar event?

Answer

Yes! We do kindly ask you bring cash tips for the bartenders.

Will there be dietary accommodations?

Answer

Yes, we will have vegetarian options available. If you have a more complicated allergy/restriction, please let us know so we can make sure you can enjoy the meal safely.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless indicated on your invite, you cannot bring a plus one.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Though we would love for everyone to bring your little ones, we do ask you leave them at home to fully enjoy our evening with us.
