What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! We’d love everyone to dress formal for the occasion. Ladies, think elegant long dresses, and gents, suit jackets with ties. We can’t wait to see everyone looking so special for the day!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be winter in the Drakensberg, so you can expect crisp mornings and evenings, with (hopefully) beautiful sunny blue skies during the day. So bring something warm!

Is there accommodation?

We’re so lucky to have beautiful on-site accommodation available for all our guests. A Booking.com link will be shared with everyone, making it easy to book your stay for either the night or the full weekend. There’s plenty of accommodation for everyone, so there’s no need to contact the venue directly — all bookings will be handled through the link once it’s sent out. We can’t wait to have you all close by and enjoy every moment together!

What should I expect at the bar?

We’ll be serving drinks after the ceremony during canapés, including beers, ciders, and cocktails. Bottles of wine will be available on the tables at the reception. For the rest of the evening, a fully stocked cash bar will be available with all the good stuff, so be ready to party!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive at the venue by 2:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm, so we kindly ask that all guests are seated by 2:15pm.
