Chris and I entered our freshman year of high school together and luckily landed in the same math class! The stories and memories from this class are still some of our favorites to this day. The things he would do to try and make me like him were hilarious, but I guess they worked! We went through all of our phases together including butting heads, to being inseparable. Little did we know those freshman in high school were creating the best memories we can carry with us into our marriage!

This was a birthday celebration I will never forget! On a beautiful spring day Chris surprised me by taking me out to dinner for my 22nd birthday (or so I thought). I was so excited to spend my birthday with him and his family. The singers and drummers came out to sing happy birthday and I was dancing and clapping to the birthday song. Little did I know when I looked down at my plate of dessert instead of “happy birthday”, it spelled out, “Will you marry me?” In absolute shock I turned over to Chris who was down on one knee! I am so happy I get to spend the rest of my life with him, and celebrate our anniversary eating the best hibachi literally ever for the rest of my life too!
