Shuttle

In the evening from 8:30pm until 11:00pm we will have a shuttle available to take guest home safely to hotels in the Carmel and Carmel Valley area. We strongly encourage guests to arrive at the venue by ride share and then utilize the evening shuttle home. Our wedding planner will be onsite to help manage the evening shuttle departures, so if you are ready to leave check in with her and her team and she will ensure you get on the next shuttle that will run consistently throughout the evening!
Travel Note
Gardener Ranch 114 W Carmel Valley Road Carmel Valley, CA 93924 Take Carmel Valley Road East from HWY 1 (away from the ocean). The Entrance is a right turn into the drive where there is a gate at the top. There is small Wooden on the white fence sign that says “ Gardener Ranch” on the drive as you enter. The Gate Code to Enter is #BROD The Right turn into Gardener is after Laurel Dr and BEFORE Ford Road. If you pass Ford Road or reach Carmel Valley Community Park you have gone too far. Occasionally navigation systems attempt to take you to Paso Hondo to a back entrance. DO NOT use this entrance, it is locked and there is no access that direction. The gates will be opened 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to help with the flow of traffic for guests. If you arrive earlier please use the gate code. If you have any issues accessing you can use the prompts on the keypad to call the office.
Flight
MRY is located 10 minutes from Carmel and has daily flights from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, and Seattle. The major airlines that operate out of Monterey are United, American, Allegiant, Alaska, and JSX. It is the easiest location to fly into if you do not want to rent a car for the weekend since getting around by foot or Uber is very easy in Carmel.
Flight
SJC is the closest major airport, located about 1-1.5 hours north of Carmel. Most guests choose to fly into this airport and rent a car and drive south. Almost all major airlines and destinations fly into this airport.
