Kindly RSVP by April 25th, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by April 25th, 2025 - we will be marking you as not attending! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate you, as we will send final head counts to our vendors shortly after this deadline.
Our venue has limited parking. So, for your convenience we are having a shuttle take our guests from the Isle Hotel and bringing them to Ahavah! The shuttle will leave for the venue at 3:15PM to ensure everyone will get there and situated in time for the ceremony. The bus will then come to pick people up at 10:30PM and 11:30PM to bring you back to your cars! This is an awesome idea if you dont want to have to pick your car up at 8:00AM Sunday morning. Please check if you are doing this in your RSVP so we can get a good idea for numbers:)
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invite. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!
We want to make sure all our guests return home safely! That being said, yes, you are able to leave your car over night. You do however, need to have your car picked up by 8AM Sunday morning. If there is a car left after 8AM there will be a fine. We recommend car pooling or taking the shuttle so you dont have to get up early to get your car;)
We would love if everyone wore semi-formal attire. NO jeans please!
The ceremony will be outside. The reception will be air conditioned.
The bridesmaids will be wearing pastel yellow.
