There are many hotels near the airport within a 5-mile radius to the venue. We have set up two hotel blocks available to our guests! However, if there is a specific location you would like to book that we do not include, then we encourage you to do so!

Uber and Lyft Availability

We're so lucky to be close to Baltimore and the airport, which means Ubers and Lyfts are easy to come by! We kindly encourage everyone to take full advantage of ride share options when heading to and from the welcome party, the venue, and any exploring you plan to do. Your safety means the world to us!

Flight

Baltimore Washington International Airport

There are a few airports, but BWI is definitely the closest for domestic and international flights and is only a short car ride from all hotel and rental suggestions.

Train

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Station

There is an AMTRAK station in Baltimore at the airport. Depending on the day these tickets may be very inexpensive. The train station is located a short 10-15 minute Uber or Lyft from the hotels we are going to be utilizing.
