It’s the perfect occasion to dress up, feel your best, and bring a touch of elegance. Please join us in wearing black — chic, timeless, and stylish. Everyone looks good in black, right? The ceremony will be location outdoors, weather permitting. Wear shoes appropriate for uneven terrain and comfortable enough for dancing all night!
Due to our guest count, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically stated on your invitation. For example, your invitation would list “(Your name) & Guest”. When you go to RSVP, you will also be able to see who you may RSVP for. We thank you for your understanding!
While we love all of the children in our lives, due to our guest count we are only able to extend the invite to children of immediate family and the wedding party. You will be able to see who you may RSVP for in your family on our page!
The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow time for parking and to find your seat.
Yes, there is a large gravel parking lot across the venue with plenty of parking. FYI - A shuttle bus will be provided 1-hour prior to the ceremony with exact pick up times TBA. This is for any guest staying at either of the two hotels, so feel free to utilize this and leave their car at the hotel.
The ceremony will be open seating, so please sit wherever you feel most comfortable. We will have our ushers assist with this. For the Reception, we will be carefully arranging assigned tables so that our guests are sat with those that they know. We will have reception table seating information inside.
We kindly ask that you please turn off your phone or put it on “do not disturb” and be fully present with us in the moment, our amazing photographer and videographer do their thing. We will gladly share pictures after the wedding as we would love to see your smiling faces uninterrupted as you enjoy the moment with us. However, we do encourage you to take pictures and/or videos during the cocktail hour and reception.
Yes, we will have a hosted bar with select beer, cocktails, and seltzers provided for you. Do not bring any of your own drinks as we would like to avoid the $500 fee the venue would charge if you do so. Cocktails may be purchased with cash. We encourage you to utilize the shuttle bus provided to the hotel bookings to ensure a safe trip home.
During cocktail hour, a small snack will be offered to help tie you over before dinner.
The shuttle will pick up at each hotel before the ceremony. Times for each hotel TBA. The returning shuttle will leave the venue at 10:00pm and 12:00am to drop you off at each hotel.
