Please RSVP by July 10 so you can be added to the final guest list for our vendors. If you cannot attend, we ask that you still respond on the RSVP link. If anything changes in your status after you've RSVP'd, please reach out ASAP.
Guest can begin entering as early as 3:30, the ceremony will start at 4:00. No one will be permitted to enter the ceremony once it begins. If you arrive to the venue a little earlier, that's fine! We just ask that you remain in the parking lot until 3:30 to ensure that the wedding party is tucked away.
Semi-formal/cocktail. For women, think mid to full-length dresses but no casual fabrics, please. For men, a suit with or without a tie or a long or short sleeve collar shirt with dress pants. SHOES: ladies, the venue is pointy heel friendly! NOTE: This is a summer wedding so please keep that in mind when deciding, the event will be indoors & outdoors.
While we'd love to see your little ones, our venue is not child friendly. This will be an adults-only (21+) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening!
The ceremony will be outdoors and uncovered, if you arrive early there is a shaded area for your comfort. However, if it rains the ceremony will be moved to the indoor area. Cocktail hour will be outdoors in a shaded area. Dinner will be indoors and the reception will be a combination of indoors and out, under the shaded area.
There will be free parking at the venue. We ask that all parties ride together since there are not enough spaces to accommodate each guest individually. You will enter into a parking lot after going down the dirt road entrance.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
The reception will be the same location as the ceremony.
Yes! There will be drinks and hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour prior to dinner.
Yes! However, our venue only allows our signature cocktails along with wine and beer! Please drink responsibly so you can make it home safely. Per management, the consumption of outside alcohol on the property is prohibited.
Unfortunately no, we would have already submitted our final guest list to our vendors to accommodate the guest who have RSVP'd. But we appreciate your desire to join us on our special day!
This is meant to be a FUN event. After dinner please be prepared to let loose, dance, and have fun (responsibly of course)!
