Our Story
Taylor and Brodie first met at a music festival, an encounter that would change both of their lives. Taylor was there with friends when someone introduced her to Brodie, who had come to the festival alone. The two talked about a spontaneous trip Taylor had once taken to Vancouver. Brodie ended up spending the day with Taylor and her friends, and later joined them at a friend’s apartment. He was hoping to spend more time with Taylor, but as soon as they exited the Uber, she left without saying goodbye. The next day, Taylor hadn’t planned to return to the festival, but at the last moment, she dug her wristband out of the trash and decided to head back. That day, she and Brodie spent time together. Later that night, as they parted ways, Brodie walked her to her Uber and opened the car door a small gesture that left a big impression. Moments later, Taylor texted a friend jokingly, "I met a guy! Of course he is from Canada though." Since then, they have spent 3 years long distance.
