WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

Answer

Friday, July 18th, 2025 at the Swanner House in San Juan Capistrano. The ceremony and Reception all take place here. Details can be found on “Schedule” page.

WHAT TIME SHOULD GUESTS ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. To give wedding party and vendors plenty of time to prepare we ask that guests arrive at 4:00 to get settled, enjoy refreshments and music before proceedings

DRESS CODE?

Answer

Just dress cool!! Western, 60s palm springs, americana, bright summer colors, hats, boots… however you choose to dress, can be as formal/chic as you please ;) some options may be… for guys: dressed up boot/hats encouraged, bolo ties, retro summer button ups etc for the girls: bright summer colors, retro prints, fringe, feathers etc

INDOOR OR OUTDOOR EVENT

Answer

Everything is outdoors, and ceremony will take place on grass, just to keep in mind, dress accordingly and stay hydrated!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

You can! We ask that you please be discrete while taking photos, taking into consideration others watching, and we will have a professional photographer taking beautiful photos to be mindful of.

WHERE CAN I PARK UPON ARRIVAL

Answer

We will have parking attendants to help direct, the lot can hold up to 60 cars, so carpool if possible!
