Question

Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Roundhouse in Beacon, NY. The event space is located across from the hotel. There is self-parking available.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place on the lawn, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors on the patio, followed by dinner indoors. The patio will be accessible throughout the night for photos, breathers, mingling, etc. No smoking is allowed on premises.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are so excited to see our guests dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! We ask our guests to avoid wearing white, cream or ivory. Any questions, please reach out and we are happy to help.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm! We ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. Please do not arrive any earlier than 5:00 pm.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We kindly request that this be an adult only event with the exception of the children in the bridal party. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun date night.

Question

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that our guests silence/turn off their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will take care of the photo coverage. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have tried out best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening with our closest friends and family!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 16th, 2024. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you down a "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
