Nightly rates range from $265-966 depending on location, bedrooms, etc. Villa rentals with various room configurations and floor plans are available near the Sonesta Resort. For rentals nearest to the hotel, visit the Sunset Rentals website, then under "Resort Areas", select "Shipyard". Closest areas (in order) are Beachwalk, Tennismaster, Greens, Kingston Dunes and Shipmaster. There is a 3-night minimum for these rentals and nightly rates (with taxes) range from $286-$663 (including taxes) for 1-3 bedroom units. While there are a few AirBnB's available, many rentals are available through management groups (like Sunset Rentals, Destination Vacation, etc.)
