We met at work in spring 2019, and became fast friends. After a couple months, we fell for each other pretty hard, and made things official in May. Two years and one corgi pup later, we both decided to pop the question.

It was a golden, glowy summer evening, and we were doing the first walk-through of our new apartment together. While I was looking out a window, Matthew called my name. I turned around, and he was down on one knee. Little did he know, I had the same plan! I proposed right back a few minutes later. (He said yes.)
