The Dungeness Line Bus

The Dungeness Line is a bus that runs from Seattle Tacoma Airport to Port Angeles downtown. This is a great option if you don't want to rent a car. The bus stops in Port Angeles near 3 different hotels (The Red Lion Inn, Port Angeles Inn, and the Quality Inn). The ride takes about 4.5 hours one way and estimated to be $72.00 roundtrip.

You may have to take the vehicle across the Puget Sound on a ferry or you can drive around (south to Olympia and back up north). See the ferry schedule listed at the bottom of the page.

NOT A TRAIN! If you are driving from Seattle to Port Angeles or Sequim you can either choose to drive south to Olympia and head back up north or you can take a ferry from downtown Seattle to Bainbridge Island to get across the Puget Sound. Ferries are typically $14 per car and $7 per passenger. This is a great way to see spectacular views!
