Where are the ceremony & reception taking place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony & reception will both be held at The Signature Club of Landsdowne. Address: 3256 Lansdowne Dr, Lexington, KY 40502.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Complimentary transportation will be provided from The Hilton Downtown Lexington to & from the ceremony & reception. Pickup for guest will begin loading at 3:30PM & will depart at 3:50PM sharp. Bus will begin making trips back to The Hilton Downtown Lexington starting at 7:50PM & will continue making runs from the venue to The Hilton Downtown Lexington until the reception has concluded. We would love for our guests to stay as long as you want to for dancing & celebrating!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue for all of our guests if you choose to drive.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm so please plan to arrive by 4:00pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour/reception?

Answer

No, cocktail hour will start immediately after the ceremony is finished.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The wedding reception will end at 11:00pm. You are welcome to continuing partying at The Cellar Bar & Grill located below The Signature Club of Landsdowne afterwards if you would like. The Cellar Bar & Grill is open until 2:00am. Brock & Laura plan to attend.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends & family dressed up with us! The dress code is cocktail attire. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE- The ceremony will take place on grass, so please plan accordingly with your footwear. Block heels, platforms, wedges, flats, etc. are recommended so you don't sink into the grass.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking that all phones & devices be put away & silenced or turned off during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture everything. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures & videos as you would like!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Duh! There will be an open bar with liquor, wine, beer, High Noons, & signature cocktails. Come thirsty!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a duo protein entrée & dessert to follow. If you stick around for dancing there will be a late night snack later on in the evening as well! We will accommodate the allergies & dietary restrictions you provided us on your RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony & reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Have you reserved a block of rooms at any hotels?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted price at The Hilton Downtown Lexington. You can use the link under the travel tab above to book a hotel room at our discounted rate. The discounted rate is available until March 31st.
