Maid of Honor

Maddie solidified her status as Maid of Honor years ago from a hammock on Corban University's campus. But she really went the extra mile when she helped Brock, a graphic designer with unexpectedly strong opinions, pick out the ring. Helena's biggest encourager & prayer warrior, annual Whole 30 comrade, and adventure buddy a Helena without her Maddie isn't a Helena at all.

Silas Moe

Best Man

Ever since Brock gave Silas chicken pox (or was it the other way around?) at the age of two, they've been making each other stronger. From sub-zero camping trips to poorly planned marathon attempts, Silas and Brock haven't necessarily gotten any smarter, but their friendship is as strong as it's ever been.

Helena is still mourning the loss of having access to Liz's closet in 4 different dorm rooms during their time as roommates at Corban University. Liz and Helena set records for coffee consumed, sleep lost, miles run as cross country teammates, tears shed, and viewings of the film "How to Loose a Guy In 10 Days" during their 4 years as roommates.

Bonny and Brones met on the Corban University track team in 2014. Even while never living in the same dorm, never taking any of the same classes, and never having time on the weekends to hang out (because track), The Bos Man has always fought to be a good friend. He's also the only groomsmen that never talked Brock into something that almost killed them!

Lauren King

Lauren & Helena were elected to their university's Student Government cabinet their Junior year together and though the year may not have gone how they expected that was only the beginning to years of 6am coffee dates, airport trips, hikes, and way too much chips & guac.

Landen Reddington

Long ago at a summer camp far far away, Brock and Landen became fast friends through the fiery furnace of camp counseling. After a few more years of camp, a few hundred theological conversations, and a couple of wildly unwise white water adventures, Brock stood with Landen on his wedding day in 2017, and Landen stood with Brock on his wedding day in 2019.

Helena & Emma first met at 7am the morning of Walker's college graduation for the 'twin interrogation' over coffee and a walk. With Helena only visiting Waco for so much time, there was no time to waste in meeting her brother's girlfriend, even if that meant Walker couldn't be there. They hit it right off and a little over a year later Helena got to stand next to Walker & Emma at their July wedding.

Helena & Walker have shared a birthday since November 15th, 1995 and even knew each other a couple months before that. With that much history it wouldn't have been a wedding without Walker standing up there with Helena and Brock. It also wouldn't have been a wedding if Walker hadn't helped Brock scope out where to propose in Illinois and drove the getaway vehicle day of, shout out to Walker!

Pen pal, prayer warrior, friend of a friend of a friend turned best friend. Kennedy & Helena have known each other since high school and their letters span Wyoming, Illinois, Fiji, South Africa, Michigan, and Oregon. Kennedy won the best secret keeper award when she managed to not let a thing slip on a 4 mile walk with Helena the day before Brock proposed.
