Answer

We’re going with daytime cocktail attire. Think dressy, comfortable, and brunch-friendly. Any colors are welcome. Wear something you feel great in!

The ceremony begins at 12:00 p.m. Plan to arrive a little early to allow time for parking and getting settled. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early.

There are several convenient parking options near the museum: Tower Garage (Wells Fargo Tower Garage) — 19 Norfolk Ave SW The most convenient option and just a short walk to the museum. Parking is free on Sundays. Norfolk Avenue (behind the museum) Limited, free street parking is available along Norfolk Avenue. Center in the Square Garage — 11 Campbell Ave SE Another nearby garage option is within walking distance. Street parking is also available throughout downtown.

The ceremony will be held at the Taubman Museum. A brunch-style reception will follow at Billy’s, a short walk from the ceremony. (We’ll feed you. We promise!)

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to relax and enjoy the day with us.

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Yes! We’ve shared a few nearby hotel options on our Travel page, and there are also plenty of Airbnb options downtown.
