Dress code?

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest using Uber or calling a taxi. The Darlington House is a few minutes from the main street in La Jolla so it is a quick trip from any near by hotels. If you are staying at the Grande Colonial, they provide transportation to and from the venue to the hotel.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, yummy drinks! So please make sure you prepare a ride (Uber) and any other accommodations if you plan on drinking. We will be strict with no drinking and driving.

What is parking like?

Answer

We have valet in the front of our venue, please prepare to arrive 10-15 minutes early due to extremely high traffic around town starting at 3pm.
