When booking online, in the top right-hand corner, click the Group Code (the icon with 2 heads) and enter "CP" for the group code and the rooms will be released to reserve. The hotel website will say "Fully Booked" before entering the group code. If calling the hotel (229-647-9009), mention the code "CP" to reserve a room. The room block expires May 29th. This is where our Welcome Party will be and we will have transportation to and from Camilla on Saturday picking up at this hotel. The bus will pick up at Merry Acres at promptly 4:15 pm and then the St. Nicholas Hotel at 4:30 pm. The bus will transport between the church and the house and then pick up after the reception.
