When & how should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due no later than August 25th, so we can submit information to our vendors. Click the RSVP tab above to submit your information!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, we are only able to accommodate children of our families. We hope that you can still join us and enjoy a child-free weekend.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

All allotted plus ones will be included on the formal invitations.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Free parking is available at Whaleback Vineyard. Parking signs will direct you to where you need to go. Please note that no street parking is allowed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start *promptly* at 4:00pm. The hotel shuttle will get you to the venue by 3:30pm with plenty of time to mingle and settle in.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include your allergy information when submitting your RSVP. We will contact you to find something that will meet your needs.

Can I take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We want everyone to be present and focus on the event. We will make sure to share our professional pictures with you. We want to see your faces, not your phones.
