Events throughout the weekend will be held at Troutbeck. Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend! Transportation Friday: Welcome Party Shuttles will pick up guests from the following hotels and bring them to Troutbeck for the Welcome Party: 6:45 PM - The Kent Collection 6:45 PM - The Alander 6:50 PM - The Inn at Iron Masters Return shuttles will depart Troutbeck at 10:00 PM to bring guests back to their respective hotels. Saturday: Wedding Day Shuttles will depart for the wedding ceremony from the hotels listed below at 4:00 PM: The Kent Collection The Alander The Inn at Iron Masters Return shuttles will be available from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, running approximately every hour, to bring guests back to their hotels.

We’ll be providing transportation to and from Troutbeck from the hotels in our room blocks. Please note that both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so we recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking on lawn.
