How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the formal invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1st, 2025. Our vendors require us to provide the final head-count by this date, any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No." Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unless your children are listed on your invite, we respectfully ask you make other arrangements for your children. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

COCKTAIL ATTIRE - Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Ladies - floor length, tea length, med-length dresses/gowns or jumpsuits/pantsuits Men - long or short-sleeved dress shirts and pants or formal tuxedos/suits (No shorts or white attire, please)

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors - blankets will be provided but please plan accordingly! After the ceremony, the indoor reception area will open up for guests to enjoy cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing for the remainder of the evening. Feel free to give your dancing feet a rest and step outside to explore around the lake!

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones & cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Accessible parking will be available close to the building entrance. We encourage those who are staying with us at The Hilton, to take the shuttle to and from the venue. Please visit the Travel tab for the shuttle schedule.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation or take the shuttle from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely!
