Things To Do

We’re so excited to celebrate with you and want to help you make the most of your time in the area! Our wedding is located in the heart of Apple Hill, which is famous for its orchards, wineries, and charming local farms. Enjoy apple picking, delicious apple pies, craft fairs, and wine tasting at one of the many farms and tasting rooms. If you are looking to head into down, head down to Historic Placerville. Known as "Old Hangtown," Placerville is a historic Gold Rush town. Stroll along Main Street, where you’ll find unique boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, and locally-owned restaurants. Fun Fact: Placerville Hardware Store is the oldest hardware store west of the Mississippi! If you are more interested in spending time in nature head up to Jenkinson Lake for hiking and water activities. The list and map below reflect some of our local favorites:

Bumgarner Wine Tasting Camino
