On August 9th, 2025, what I thought was a simple girls’ night with my one of my friends, Jazmine, turned into the best surprise of my life. After dinner at EW Beck’s and some photos in downtown Sykesville, we had plans to head to the sunflower field for more pictures. I tried to convince her that we should just head home, but Jazmine insisted we had to go—thank goodness she did! As we wandered to find the perfect spot for photos, I turned a corner to see Ralph on one knee. Through happy tears, I said the easiest “yes” of my life. We spent the rest of the day celebrating with our closest friends and family—it truly couldn’t have been more perfect!
