Reception Location

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

WHERE TO PARK: Reception parking will be at the City Center Parking Garage behind Hotel Covington. Please bring your parking ticket inside with you. The receptionist at the front desk will validate the parking so that you are not charged. The address for the parking garage is 24E W 7th St, Covington, KY 41011 (NOTE* 7th street is one way, you must enter 7th street from Madison Avenue) The Madison Emerald Ballroom will open it's doors to wedding guests at 3:45 pm. There will be assigned seating so no need to rush to reception site. Reception is open bar. Please feel free to tip the bar staff! There will be cocktail hour from 4-5pm for guests while you await the arrival of the bridal party! Warm appetizers will be passed and there will be a fruit and cheese bar. Dinner will be plated and served.
