Pike Place is a Seattle staple that we both love to visit! We recommend going between 10am-2pm. This is when all the best vendors/shops/food places are open. You can also walk around the boardwalk across the street, the pedestrian bridge overlooking the ferries, and see the Seattle skyline/space needle views.
Bainbridge island had a cute downtown area with shops, restaurants, and is perfect for walking around! It's also our favorite to take a ferry ride, so you can hit two love birds with one stone!
A wonderful trail loop, still in the city, but you will feel like you're in the middle of a forest.
This is a drive-up, overlook trail. No hiking needed! This is also the spot where Travis and Brittney became engaged!! We love the drive up to Ross Lake and Diablo Lake, and would highly recommend making a visit if you have the time. The drive from Seattle to Diablo Lake is about 2.5-3 hours, you can spend as long as you want to pulling off for pictures or stopping at little trails.
Highly recommend going to the Alki Beach area for lunch/dinner, walking along the beachfront where you can see the Seattle Skyline and many islands. We also love stopping at Natali's on Alki for a milkshake or sweet treat!
We highly recommend catching a Seattle Kraken hockey game if you can! Their season starts in late September, and the Climate Pledge Arena is one of our favorite sports arenas!
One of Brittney's favorite local book shops! It is in a very touristy area that can be pretty busy, but if you have time to shop around, Seattle has so many amazing book stores.
